The Palmetto House at 7 Gables To our customers,
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the tragic fire and total loss of the Palmetto House. We are currently working with the insurance company to satisfy all claims of monies owed. To date (November 5th, 2008), we have not received any payment and the investigation of the cause and origin is still ongoing. We do expect a partial payment within the next 2 weeks. At that time our customers will be reimbursed for the deposits made to the Palmetto House for events.
